Our vision for Bellary Rural
A constituency where no family is left behind — where the village competes with the city in opportunity, dignity and quality of life.
The pillars of our work
Six focus areas that guide every decision in the constituency.
Empowered farmers
Assured irrigation, fair procurement and easy access to credit so every farming household in Bellary Rural earns with dignity and security.
Skilled youth
From school to skill to job — building a pipeline so that the youth of Bellary do not have to leave the district to find a future.
Connected villages
All-weather roads, reliable power, treated drinking water and high-speed internet — modern infrastructure as a right, not a privilege.
Inclusive welfare
Targeted welfare for SC, ST and OBC communities, women, senior citizens and persons with disabilities — leaving no eligible citizen behind.
Healthy lives
Strengthened Primary Health Centres, mobile camps, maternal & child health, and dignified ageing for every village across the constituency.
Cultural pride
Preserving the temples, kalas, festivals and folk traditions of Bellary — a legacy our children should inherit, not just hear about.
Our commitments to Bellary Rural
Concrete, measurable goals to work towards — together with the community.
Piped drinking water
Every household in the constituency to have a regular, safe, piped drinking-water connection under Jal Jeevan Mission.
Every village a model school
At least one upgraded government school per cluster — with science labs, library, computer room and proper toilets.
24×7 power for farmers
Advocacy with the State for reliable, scheduled power supply for agricultural pumps across the district.
PHCs within reach
A functional, staffed Primary Health Centre within a reasonable distance of every village in the constituency.
Pucca home for every family
Bringing every eligible family in Bellary Rural into the Basava / PMAY-G housing schemes — a roof over every head.
Self-Help Group support
Strengthening women's Self-Help Groups with credit linkage, training, and access to government procurement.
This is not a slogan. This is a workplan.
Vision without delivery is empty. Every commitment on this page comes with a plan, a partnership with the State, and a willingness to be held accountable by the people of Bellary Rural.
